-2 cups gluten-free crispy rice cereal
-1/4 cup peanut butter
-1/4 cup maple syrup
-1/4 cup protein powder (I used a vegan chocolate protein powder)
-1/4 cup of almond milk
Combine the crispy rice cereal with the protein powder and set aside
Microwave the maple syrup and the peanut butter until it has melted.
Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well. Add almond milk until a very thick batter is formed and refrigerate overnight.
